Thank You
You've been saying your own version of "Thank You" for a while, but this is the first time other people understood what you were saying. I was letting some other people watch you at camp while I worked on some other things. When I came back to get you I had all these counselors and campers coming up to me saying "He said 'thank you'! He said 'thank you'!." Granted, you only say "thank you" when you give stuff, not when you receive things, but who's perfect? So I guess "thank you" is your first "word." Go figure, you said two words for your first word!

New Tooth (Finally!)
You finally have more than two teeth! Your upper left tooth broke through today. Hopefully there will soon be more to come.

Fork Practice
We've been trying to get you to used to using a fork while you eat. That's no easy task. Today, however, you managed to get food on the fork and in your mouth all by yourself. Good job!

Braves Game
For Daddy's birthday Granny Stroud was able to get him front row Braves tickets. We were right behind home plate! It rained a little, but in your usual fashion, you loved the rain!

Professional Haircut
You got your first professional haircut today. We went with Granddaddy Stroud to get his haircut and we decided to get yours cut too. Unfortunately and quite out of character for you, you cried. You took it for a little while, but when you had had enough, you had had enough. So, you're normal!
